Benchmark day.
Mickey met up with me, and we did new drills, a lot more work. Then I went on a 1 hour hike with the wife and dogs. My knee is sore, not painful, but I'm concerned.

This is awesome. Brilliant video editing. I no longer feel like anyone could do it. Stay "dialed in" on this goal, Joel, as you have a bunch of people watching you, so failure is on longer an option.
BTW, I am 6' 4", and at my prime (junior year in HS, prior to smoking), I could dunk if the hoop had a slightly bent rim. I don't think I can even get net anymore. : (
