Week 63.1

Chuggin
Today I did 2 sets of 5 in squats at 225lbs...Feelin better about that. The depth drops don't feel like they even work me, but Kelly said not to fear. Guess we'll find out.

I haven't done practice jumps in weeks, as it seems pointless b/c my legs are so tired from squats. But I need to do em a few times a week, just to stay in that frame of mind.

I haven't done a video in a long time, there's just not much to show, since I have no ups right now.

I don't know why but it seems like you're taking quite a long time to reach your dream of slam dunking. I commend you for your effort and determination but don't u think its taking a bit too long now?

p.s. I too want to dunk and am having second thoughts on the vertical jump bible now.

I have another tip for you! Go jogging/sprinting in the sand. It is a good cardio, doesn't hurt the knees and helps improving vertical. It is not based on any book and some may say it is stupid, but it helped me! When the season changes and I have to switch my volleyballplay back into a gym I can jump higher than before.. Of course it is not much higher, about 2-3 inches..

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and
gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and

certainly like your web site but you have to check the spelling on several of your posts.
