Week 64.1

Feelin Good
Guys, I'm sorry if this is taking too long for you. Believe me, I wish it were going faster. Again, I'm sure if I played basketball 3 hours a day, weighed 175, and was 15 years younger, it would be going better. Such is my challenge. I accept this challenge!

This week Kelly has me doing depth jumps (middle section of clip) from 24"-30"+, 15 times a day. I missed today's workout because of lack of sleep on an overnight project, but I'll resume Friday and Saturday.

I flew to New York for a shoot last weekend, and didn't get a lot of exercise. And I lost 4 pounds! So now I'm at 190. Zoiks! Could 185 actually be a possibility?

Man that really starts to look tough I've bee following your bolg for over a year and I'm kinda thinking that if you were really just playing ball every other day you would be dunking by now.But anyway keep working and you'll get there. And I think you should try the blood type diet it'll help you to lose weigh(fat) and you can still eat alot of stuff so you won't torture yourself!

I believe what you posted was very reasonable. However, consider this, what
if you added a little information? I ain't saying your content is not good, however suppose you added a headline that grabbed folk's
attention? I mean "Week 64.1" is kinda boring.
You ought to look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news titles to grab viewers interested. You might add a related video or a related pic or two to get people interested about what you've got to say.
Just my opinion, it might bring your website a little livelier.
