That was the most entertaining video thus far. Not to say your others weren't entertaining but this one blew them all away. =)

nice video! it was worth the wait. but that 30 seconds of "basketball" was hard to watch :).

i'm also doing kelly's program from the vjb. i'm half way through. i haven't done any jump tests, but i feel stronger, and i was able to ski bumps much better.

You're getting closer. Another 2-3 inches or so and you should try dunking a volleyball, or something of the like that you can easily palm.

Hi Joel, I can't imagine you still working on your quest. I'm following your work since october 2007 when I started doing plyo on my side. I bought the VJB too and I'm doing a special program from my personal coach with some exercises I took from the VJB. I hit my first plateau last month. Anyway, keep working, YOU'LL reach your goal.

I thought Rocky VII was inspiring! As a 39, 6'1.5 former barely could dunk guy...your project is cool.
