Week 54.2

My knees are feeling a little raw the last few days...I think my jump test on Sunday followed by regular workouts - was probably a little too much. Not sure if I'll do a program workout today, or tomorrow.

The next 2-3 weeks for me are going to be insanely busy. Very little sleeping busy. I'm worried it will cut into my workouts. If so, I hope i don't go backwards.

I weighed 195.5 this morning, up from 193. I'm hoping it's just a light fluctuation.

Glad to see that Kellys diet is working for you. He just put a great article out on his site about glute activation, you should give it a read. By the way this Pelham32 my account isn't working right.
