Week 62.1

Training
Nothing new to report in the improvement area. Don't worry, I'm still working out.

Kelly has changed me from the Bulgarian lunge workouts to just doing high intensity depth drops. And doing squats 3 sets of 5, 2x a week. I've only completed one week, and it didn't seem to do anything, as far as feeling sore or anything. I've asked Kelly to explain more what's the goal here. Stay tuned...

I am starting dunk training of my own. I'm 23, 6'0" 180 lbs and I can only touch the backboard after a pretty serious knee injury. I saw that you are having problems with your knee so I can relate. A friend is betting me 1,000$ legit that I can't dunk by Dec 20th. I want to prove him wrong. You seem to have made a lot of gains, so maybe I have a chance. I want to commit more than two days a week towards training so hopefully I can make the same type of gains a little quicker.
