OK. So obviously, I'm not blogging as much.
1) The excitement of blogging ain't what it used to be
2) Dunking seems to be much farther off than I had first entertained
I've stopped most of my entries, because it feels weird to write "lifted and jumped today", or "didn't do anything today, but I had a protein shake".
Maybe I'll just comment on video post days. But that might only be 2x a month if that?
Hmmm....But rest assured, I am still training. I did less weight on my squats this week, but went all the way down. SORE!!! But a good sore, that meant i was really "accessing my P-chain".

I was having a good weight session on Thursday until I strained my achilles on my left jumping foot. Uh oh! So I didn't do the plyo. I'll try that tomorrow if I feel OK.

Fear not! I have been working out all this time. it's just nothing to see or talk about...or at least, that's how it feels.
My strength is increasing with free weights, but any time I try to jump, i can barely touch the rim. Nonetheless, I forge on with the Vertical Jump Bible training regimen.
I really need to do the video edit of my workouts....
